  New Honda Activa 125 Spied Testing In India

  The Honda Activa is the best-selling scooter in India and collectively retails well over two lakh units every month. While the Activa 110 cc has been consistently updated and brings in the major chunk of volumes, the Activa 125 is a slow moving product in comparison with sibling Honda Grazia performing far better in sales figures. Nevertheless, it now seems Honda is working on bringing some major updates to the Activa 125 and spy shots of the test mule have now emerged online around the ARAI facility near Pune.

  AJP Group Appoints Manas Dewan As New COO, To Lead Scooter Brand Scomadi In India

  AJP Group has announced the appointment of Manas Dewan as its Chief Operating Officer (COO) for India. The Pune-based company started operations in 2007 in the UK for the import and export of luxury vehicles and also has had its presence in India ever since. The AJP Group is a multi-brand enterprise and has brought brands like Tunit, CT Exhausts and Imperial Weaves to the country. It also set-up the AJ Performance workshop in Pune that caters to the maintenance, restoration, custom jobs and sourcing performance parts for cars. In addition, the AJP Group has collaborated with British scooter brand Scomadi and US-based iconic auto brand Shelby and will be bringing the same to India soon.

  2019 Hero Pleasure Spotted Undisguised

  The Hero Pleasure is the most affordable scooter from the two-wheeler giant and has largely remained the same over the years, in a hotly contested segment. However, it now appears that Hero MotoCorp is working on a comprehensively updated version of the Pleasure scooter that is likely to hit the Indian market later this year. In fact, the updated Hero Pleasure was recently spotted completely undisguised during the shoot of its TVC, with brand ambassador actor Alia Bhatt astride, hinting that the launch is indeed close.

  Honda CB1000R+ Limited Edition Revealed For Global Markets

  Honda has taken the wraps off a limited edition CB1000R+ Limited Edition for global markets. It is based on the standard Honda CB1000R+ which is also on sale in India at a price of Rs. 14.46 lakh (ex-showroom). The CB1000R+ Limited Edition will be an exclusive model and Honda will manufacture only 350 units of the same. Each motorcycle will also have production serial number etched onto the fuel tank. Will a few units be earmarked for India? It is highly unlikely. Coming to the features, the CB1000R+ Limited Edition gets a new paint scheme of red, white and blue on the fuel tank and the rear seat cowl. Also, the motorcycle gets a flyscreen which gets the same colours. There is also a retro-styled Honda wing and a '1000R' on the motorcycle as well.

  2020 KTM 390 Adventure Spotted Testing In India

  The 2020 KTM 390 Adventure is one the most highly anticipated motorcycles in recent times and is set for a global debut later this year at the EICMA Motorcycle Show in Italy. The first spy shots of the motorcycle were first seen as early as 2017 and now a new image has emerged of the 390 Adventure being tested in India. The test mule shows the bike in complete camouflage, albeit showing a glimpse of what to expect on the upcoming offering. Compared to the previous spy shots though, this one does miss out on the top box and saddle bags that reflected the tour-friendly nature of the bike.

  Chennai-based motorcycle maker, Royal Enfield has added alloy wheels as an optional accessory for the Classic and Thunderbird range of motorcycles. The alloy wheels are priced at Rs. 10,000 for a pair (excluding installation charges) and can be purchased at any of the brand's 800+ dealerships across the country. The black with chrome finished nine-spoke alloy wheels are the same ones that are already offered on the Thunderbird X series, and will seamlessly integrate with the original tyres, tubes and brakes, replacing the stock spoked wheels that are offered with all Royal Enfield offerings.
