Deliveries of the BS IV Royal Enfield Himalayan have begun across India. The BS IV compliant RE Himalayan gets a fuel-injected engine instead of a carburetted engine. It is priced at Rs. 1.83 lakh (on-road, Delhi)

Ducati will soon be launching the Scrambler Mach 2.0 in India. A tweet from Ducati India's official Twitter handle confirmed the same. The Scramber Mach 2.0 gets a new colour scheme and a couple of new bits. Expect a marginal increase in price over the regular Scrambler.

Ducati has finally taken the wraps off its brand new V4 engine which it calls Desmosedici Stradale. This is the first ever V4 engine from Ducati and the first Panigale superbike with this V4 engine will be launched on 5 November, 2017.

Just a few weeks ago, Bajaj and Triumph shocked the Indian motorcycling world by announcing a joint partnership in order to develop new motorcycles in the mid-capacity or 250-500 cc range. These new bikes will be built by Bajaj and will be badged Triumph giving both two wheeler manufacturers an advantage. The outcome of the joint partnership will let Triumph operate in a new and more mass market oriented segment that it currently does not have a product in while banking on Bajaj's forte as a low-cost and high margins bike maker. And just a few weeks after the announcement of the joint partnership the first vehicle to showcase something from each brand has now been spotted!

The updated Royal Enfield Classic 350 and the Classic 500 now come in new colour options - Gunmetal Grey for the Classic 350 and Stealth Black for the Classic 500. Royal Enfield India will commence the bookings for the bikes from September 18, 2017.

The new TVS Victor Premium Edition gets an upmarket touch on the motorcycle, adding new chrome detailing, premium sticker scheme and a chrome crash guard to the motorcycle.

On the sidelines of the 57th Society of the Indian Automotive Manufacturers (SIAM) annual convention, TVS President and CEO, KN Radhakrisnan said that the TVS electric scooter project is well on track and the production-ready scooter will be launched within the next 6 to 9 months.
