Royal Enfield REUnion East Concludes In Darjeeling

Over 180 riders from different parts of the country - from Odisha, Jharkhand, Bihar, West Bengal, Sikkim, Assam and Meghalaya participated in the Royal Enfield REUnion East which was held in Darjeeling. The REUnion provided an opportunity for Royal Enfield owners to do what they love most - ride out to a scenic location and mingle with like-minded Royal Enfield riders from other parts of the country.

    Suzuki Motorcycle India Private Limited (SMIPL) has announced the export of its most successful motorcycle in India, the made in India Suzuki Gixxer to Japan. This is SMIPL's first India-built motorcycle that will be sold in Suzuki Motor Corporation's home market. According to a release from Suzuki Motorcycle India, the first consignment of made in India Gixxer motorcycles has already left India for Japan.

    Ducati Sales Top 55,000 In 2016
    Ducati sold 55,451 bikes in 2016, posting a new sales record on the Italian two wheeler manufacturer's 90th anniversary. Overall sales were up 1.2 per cent from 54,809 bikes in 2015. The US remained Ducati's strongest market, with sales of 8,787 new bikes in 2016. In Europe too, Ducati posted impressive growth numbers - 38 per cent growth in Spain, over 20 per cent in Italy and more than 8 per cent in Germany.
