EVTRIC Motors Launches Company's First Electric Scooters

- EVTRIC Motors is a Pune-based EV start-up

Pune-based electric vehicle start-up EVTRIC Motors has launched its first two products in the slow speed category, the EVTRIC Axis and EVTRIC Ride. The EVTRIC Axis is priced at Rs. 64,994 (Ex-showroom), while the EVTRIC Ride is priced at Rs. 67,996 (Ex-showroom). Both scooters come with a detachable lithium ion battery, with a 250W electric motor. The scooters offer 75 km range on a single charge, with top speed of 25 kmph. The battery can be fully charged in just 3.5 hours.

Specifications for the EVTRIC Axis and EVTRIC Ride electric scooters
The EVTRIC Axis is available in four colours, Mercury White, Persian Red, Lemon Yellow and Emperor Grey while the EVTRIC Ride is available in Deep Cerulean Blue, Persian Red, Silver, Nobel Grey, and Mercury White. The two electric scooters come with LED headlamps, robotic welding chassis, side stand sensor, 12-inch tubeless tyres with 190 mm ground clearance, and also come with reverse park assist function. Both electric scotoers come with two-year battery warranty. Bookings for both electric scooters are available on the company website, as well as select e-tailers.

EVTRIC Motors has set up a manufacturing facility in Chakan, near Pune
EVTRIC Motors has been launched by Pune-based Patil Automation Pvt. Ltd. (PAPL), a company dealing in assembly line automation, robotic welding lines, IOT and Industry 4.0 solutions for assembly lines. With EVTRIC Motors, the company plans to introduce a range of EV offerings including bicycles, electric scooters, electric motorcycles and electric three-wheelers.
