Mario Kart 8 Gets three new Mercedes Models

Mercedes used Mario to promote the GLA in Japan and with the game Mario Kart, people were able to get behind the wheel of the GLA. Well, if you haven't got enough of Mario and the Mercedes GLA, there are going to me more offerings in the Mario Kart 8 game.

From August 27th, Mario Kart 8 owners will be able to download an update which will add the W 25 Silver Arrow, 300 SL Roadster and GLA-Class to the game. Also on offer is the Mercedes Cup which is a worldwide online tournament in which Mario Kart 8 players can test their skills against each other.

According to Mercedes Head of Marketing Dr. Jens Thiemer, "Video and computer games are widespread throughout the world, and have a large fan community. With our presence in blockbuster games such as Mario Kart 8 we approach to modern focus groups and are achieving excellent results in making our brand more youthful."

The GLA will be making its way to India soon and we can't wait to get behind the wheel of this one.
