Pros Cons of Mahindra XUV500

Pros

  • Looks better than before. Facelift ups the premium quotient
  • Seats are well bolstered
  • More power available on the diesel

Cons

  • There's a hint of body roll
  • Low on power at lower rpms
  • Understeers when you take a corner

Verdict

Mahindra is offering some new colours on the XUV500 - Crimson Red and Mystic copper, both of which we did not get to see; but the Crimson Red looked promising on the presentation board. Mahindra will hope the refresh brings its customer base back into M&M showrooms and more importantly, back to driving the once popular XUV500.

Pros Cons of BMW X1

Pros

  • Bold Styling With Muscular Design
  • Has A Spacious Cabin
  • Comes With A Host Smart Feature

Cons

  • Interior Styling Not Very Impressive
  • Stiff Ride Quality
  • Doesn’T Get Android Auto

Verdict

The new BMW X1 is a new generation model in true sense. Everything from design and dimensions to features and drivability has changed on the car and it does seem to justify its price tag looking at how the rivals are priced. It comes across as a worthy option in this competitive segment, one that has adapted well to today’s times.
