Yamaha Motor India has launched the new Saluto RX 110cc motorcycle in the country, priced at Rs. 46,400 (ex-showroom, Delhi).

Yamaha has been absent from the commuter segment for quite some time now with the YBR and Crux motorcycles discontinued. The Saluto is currently the Japanese manufacturer's most affordable offering in the 125cc segment. But to truly make a mark in the Indian motorcycle segment, a mass market offering is a must and that is exactly what Yamaha plans to offer today. This mystery commuter motorcycle is expected to be joined by the launch of Yamaha Ray-ZR, which was unveiled at the 2016 Auto Expo.
