- Royal Enfield will be unveiling its 750 cc motorcycle
- KTM will also be showcasing the 390 Adventure/Scrambler
The EICMA is one of the most important motorcycle shows in the world. Held every year in Milan, Italy, EICMA is home to some of the biggest, most important motorcycle unveils on the calendar. With barely days remaining for the show to start, we thought it would be a good idea to draw up a list of some of the most exciting, mouth-watering motorcycle debuts this year at EICMA. Almost every European two-wheeler manufacturer will have a new debut and some other interesting concepts as well. So here is the list of the motorcycles which we are waiting for, with bated breath.
1. Royal Enfield 750 cc Bike
(New Royal Enfield 750 cc bikes)As far as Indian context is concerned, the brand-spanking new 750 cc motorcycle from Royal Enfield is something that has got us all excited. This is the first time that Royal Enfield has manufactured a motorcycle with displacement more than 500 cc and a parallel-twin engine. Siddhartha Lal, President and CEO, Eicher Motors, recently put an Instagram post teasing the new 750 cc bike and giving an idea of what the exhaust note would be like. The exact specifications are yet to be disclosed, but without doubt, this will be Royal Enfield's biggest and fastest model till date. We cannot wait for Royal Enfield to take the wraps off the 750.

2. KTM 390 Adventure/Scrambler
(KTM 390 Adventure: picture credit: Motorrad Online)The 390 Duke is perhaps the best entry-level performance bike that one could buy right now. Imagine if the same engine is plonked into a scrambler or an adventure-tourer! It certainly is a mouth-watering prospect. Barring the Himalayan, there is no other lightweight adventure-touring bike in the Indian market right now and we definitely could do with a KTM 390 Adventure/Scrambler. This particular KTM bike has been a long time in coming and we are quite excited for it to break cover.

Triumph too put up an Instagram post confirming the unveiling of the new-generation Tigers at EICMA. Both the Tiger 800 and the Tiger 1200 will be getting updates for features and engines as well. Expect the cycle parts to be updated as well. The Tiger 800 is perhaps the best-selling adventure-tourer in India right now and we can be sure that the new-gen Tigers too will make it to India by 2018.
