Renault Duster Compact SUV - Cheaper Till September 15

With the festive season just round the corner, Renault India has come up with an exciting offer for people interested in buying the Duster compact SUV. In an unexpected move, the company has reduced the price of the Duster diesel's base variant - the RxE (D); the base variant can now be bought for Rs 8.18 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), which is about Rs 52,000 cheaper than its original price. However, the scheme is applicable only for a limited period.

People interested in buying the base diesel variant can book the car by September 15, 2014, which will then be delivered to customers by the end of the month. Other than the reduced price, buyers will also be entitled to 2+2 years/80,000 of warranty coverage.

The aforementioned variant comes powered by a 1.5-litre diesel unit, capable of churning out a maximum power output of 84bhp and 200Nm of peak torque. One must note that this scheme will not be applicable on other trims and variants.
