Chevrolet Beat and Sail U-VA's Manchester United Editions Coming on July 7
The football fever spares no one, and this time it is Chevy. Chevrolet India is all set to launch the special Manchester United editions of the Beat and Sail U-VA on July 7, 2014. The occasion will also mark the unveiling of Manchester United's jersey for the 2014-15 season. Being the official automotive sponsor of the club, Chevrolet will introduce both the hatchbacks in Manchester United's characteristic red colour along with some significant exterior and interior tweaks. The hatchbacks also feature the club's signature on bonnet, sides and inside the cabin.
Stylish body decals, body coloured ORVMs, front grille with chrome lining, new pair of alloys and roof rails now add to the two hatchbacks' sporty appearance. There are several changes inside as well; the cabin now sports red and black coloured leather seat covers, leather wrapped steering wheel, illuminated LED scuff plates, 2-DIN music system with four speakers and Bluetooth connectivity and reverse parking sensors are the new add-ons. Since these are mere special editions, both the cars remain unchanged mechanically.
Unveiled at the 2014 Indian Auto Expo, the Manchester United Editions will go on sale right after the launch on 7th July. They are likely to be heavier on the pocket than their LS variants (petrol and diesel).
