FIAT brings in Italian Culture week 'Emozione Italiana' to India

Highlights
The event will focus on "Automobile Styling" aspect of the industry. Students of transportation designing school will design the exterior of the car, while fashion designing institutes will design the interiors of the car. And the best designs will be put up on showcase at Fiat Caffe at Pune.
Commenting on this occasion Mr. Nagesh Basavanhalli, President and Managing Director of FIAT Chrysler Automobiles India Operations said, "FIAT cars are famous for its Italian styling and aesthetic appeal. FIAT India is happy to organize the Culture Week which is aimed at motivating the youth of the country towards the automobile segment. This is one of its kind conclaves for the designing students of India which will add value to the skills of the students. These students will get a chance to listen to the experiences of world famous designers from Italy. We look forward to see some very good styling in this contest."
the event will have participants from reputed colleges of India such as DYPDC Center for Automotive Research and Studies, Pune, DSK International, Pune and National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad. The students will work on designing the Linea and Punto models.
On the conclave, MD of Beestudio Mr.Emanuele Nicosia who has designed Ferrari in automotive design activity and Mr. Ajay Sharma, Head of Design Program at Fiat will be sharing their experience with the students. The conclave will also invite some of the famous Indian designers like Vikas Satwalecar (graphic and colour designer), Mrs. Talera (fashion designer), debating on various types of designs.
