Hero XPulse 200 4 Valve Second Batch Bookings Open

Hero MotoCorp has announced bookings for the second batch of the Hero XPulse 200 4 Valve at the company's online sales platform. Bookings for the second batch have been announced after the first lot of the new XPulse 200 4 Valve was completely sold out, the company said in a statement. The Hero XPulse 200 4 Valve has now been priced at Rs. 1,30,150 (Ex-showroom) after price revision from January 2022, and the motorcycle can be booked at the company's online sales platform on the official website. Customers can make bookings by making an advance payment of Rs. 10,000.

Along with the four-valve head, the transmission has been improved, and gearing changed with a 45-teeth rear sprocket.

The XPulse 200 has become quite the popular machine with its versatility, light weight and nimble off-road capability. The XPulse 200 4 Valve offers fresh appeal as well as slightly more performance, courtesy a four-valve cylinder head of the updated engine, and changed gearing. produces 19 bhp at 8,500 rpm and peak torque of 17.35 Nm at 6,500 rpm. With 6 per cent more power and 5 per cent added torque, the 4 valve engine feels slightly meatier and throatier across the rev range, while the updated gear ratios give it slightly better mid- and low-end grunt.

The stock Hero XPulse 200 4 Valve features long suspension travel, with 190 mm travel up front, and 170 mm rear travel, with a 21-inch front wheel and 18-inch rear wheel. The XPulse 200 also comes with a standard aluminium skid plate that protects the engine, and a new toothed brake pedal for better grip, and an upswept exhaust to tackle water crossings with ease. The dual-purpose tyres, 10-step adjustable mono-shock suspension, accessible seat height of 825 mm and high ground clearance of 220 mm provide decent off-road capability for all kinds of two-wheeled adventures.
