Saera Electric, the manufacturer of Mayuri three-wheelers and Yogo bikes, has opened a new manufacturing facility in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. The company says that its new facility will roll out electric two-wheeler frames and chassis. Saera says that it is investing Rs 25 crores in phases for setting up its new facility with more money to be invested to enhance plant capacity. 

“Our new electric vehicle manufacturing plant in Bhiwadi will further escalate our growth and will be a boost towards making safe, clean and green electric two-wheelers available to the masses; thereby, catering to the rising demand for e-mobility,” mentioned Managing Director of Saera Electric Auto Private Limited Nitin Kapoor.

The company says that the plant will currently have a capacity of 7,500 units per month with plans to expand production to 50,000 units per month within a year. Saera says that its final plan is to roll out 5 lakh units per month from its new facility in the long term.
