Suzuki Gixxer - 2015 CNB Viewers' Choice Award Nominee

Yes, Suzuki could have been creative with the name with this one. The Gixxer borrows its name from its older and more powerful siblings the GSX-R and so you think this one is more like a wanna be and it is.
Pitted in the 150cc bike category, the Gixxer has more power on offer and according to Suzuki, ride quality unmatched by the likes of the Yamaha FZ FI V2.0, TVS Apache RTR, Honda CB Trigger, Hero Xtreme and Bajaj Pulsar 150.
As far as dimensions go, the Gixxer is 2050mm in length, 785mm in width and has a height of 1030mm which gives it a robust stance. The wheelbase offered is 133mm, while the height and ground clearance are 780mm 160mm, respectively.
Powering the new bike is a 154.9cc, single cylinder, air cooled engine equipped with Suzuki Eco Performance technology. A five-speed manual transmission is synchronized to the engine. The engine churns out a maximum power output of 14bhp, while yielding 14Nm of peak torque.
The tyre affixed in front measures around 100/80-17 while the one fitted at rear measures in at 140/60R-17. Among the feature list the new bike gets a fully digital dashboard and a dual exhaust which is a segment first.
