Top 5 Highlights: Jeep Wrangler

Jeep India introduced the all-new Wrangler in India at Rs. 53.90 lakh and the 5-seater off-roader now comes to India as a semi-knocked down (SKD) unit instead of a completely built unit (CBU). The local assembly of the 2021 Jeep Wrangler commenced last month at its Ranjangaon manufacturing facility near Pune in Maharashtra.

We know the Wrangler as a true-blue SUV, thanks to its go anywhere prowess and of course, there's a legacy involved here that most of us know about. Now the Wrangler in India is available in two variants - Unlimited and Rubicon but there's a lot more to talk about.
Here are the top 5 highlights of the Jeep Wrangler


2. The locally-produced Wrangler gets signature seven-slat grille with round LED headlamps, fender-mounted side indicators, 18-inch alloy wheels, fog lamps, LED tail lights, tailgate-mounted spare wheel and more.

3. Under the hood, the 2021 Jeep Wrangler gets the 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine. The mill is tuned to make 262 bhp of power against a peak torque of 400 Nm, while mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission

4. The SUV is available in five colours – Black, Firecracker Red, Granite Crystal, Sting Grey and Bright White.
