1. Suzuki Intruder 150 - November 7

(The Suzuki Intruder 150 cruiser will take on the Bajaj Avenger 150)
Suzuki Motorcycle India's next launch will be the new Intruder 150 cruiser, an all-new offering from the Gixxer maker. While the company is known for its varied offerings, the Intruder 150 will be the smallest cruiser to be offered by Suzuki and shares its design and styling with the flagship Intruder M1800R, also on sale in India. Designed to look like a mini-M1800, the new Intruder 150 borrows power from a 155 cc single-cylinder engine (same as the Gixxer) that produces 14 bhp and 14 Nm of peak torque. The motor though, has been reworked to offer torque about 2000 rpm earlier than that on the Gixxer motorcycles. The 5-speed gearbox continues to serve purpose. The Suzuki Intruder 150's primary competition is the popular selling Bajaj Avenger 150. Suzuki wants to tap into the potential of the latter and is expected to competitively price the model between Rs. 90,000-95,000 (ex-showroom).

2. Honda Grazia - November 8

(The Honda Grazia is expected to use a 125 cc engine, sharing underpinnings with the Activa 125)
Honda's all-new scooter for India is christened as the Grazia and will be a completely new offering in the premium 125 cc segment. While bookings for the new scooter commenced late last month, the new Honda Grazia will go on sale on November 8 and is being positioned as an 'Advanced Urban Scooter' above the Activa 125. Going by the first images, the new Grazia gets sharp, edgy styling with a host of features includes dual-headlamps with AHO, semi-digital instrument console, alloy wheels, front disc brake, CBS and much more. Power is expected to come from the Activa 125's 124.9 cc single-cylinder motor tuned for 8.52 bhp and peak torque of 10.54 Nm. The Grazia though could be slightly peppier on the throttle. We expect the new Honda Grazia to be priced between Rs. 60,000-65,000 (ex-showroom), while taking on the Vespa VX, Suzuki Access and the likes.
3. Avantura Choppers - November 8

(Avantura Choppers will assemble American style choppers in India)
For those who always desired to own the American-styled custom choppers, Indian premium motorcycle brand 'Avantura Choppers' will soon make it a dream come true. Choppers are essentially bikes with a raked-out front end and a long body followed by a fat tyre at the rear. The elongated bike with minimal yet exclusive bodywork has been popular since the 1950s in the US and given birth to several chopping shops across the world. At Avantura Choppers, the company will be importing high-spec components from OEMs overseas including the 2000 cc V-twin engines, 6-speed transmission for Rivera, while the suspension will come from American manufacturer Progressive. With the components imported, the bike will be assembled in India and is expected to be priced between Rs. 20-25 lakh (ex-showroom). Little is known about Avantura as of now, but we do expect to get complete details about the company and its offerings later this month. Watch out for all the updates.
