Pros Cons of Tata Altroz

Pros

  • Five-star Bharat NCAP safety rating
  • Dual 10.25-inch screens
  • The addition of the AMT to the CNG variants

Cons

  • The naturally aspirated petrol feels sluggish
  • No turbo-petrol engine option
  • Rear-seat headroom is slightly tight

Verdict

The Tata Altroz honestly is one of the most structurally sound vehicles you can buy under Rs. 10 lakh. Tata addressed its biggest shortcomings with the recent update, swapping out the dated cabin screens for class-leading digital displays and adding standard six airbags to bolster its safety credentials. While the naturally aspirated petrol engine lacks outright punch, the availability of a torquey diesel and an incredibly practical AMT CNG configuration no doubt gives the Altroz an edge over its rivals.

Jaiveer summarises,

“Tata has really nailed it when it comes to the ride and handling mix in its range of cars, and the same holds for the Altroz as well.”

Pros Cons of Honda WR-V

Pros

  • Crossover Styling
  • Spacious Cabin And Boot
  • Peppy And Efficient Diesel Engine

Cons

  • Too Expensive Over Rivals
  • Limited Features
  • Lack Of Road Presence

Verdict

The Honda WR-V, with its array of features and drivability, aligns more closely with a premium hatchback rather than a conventional vehicle in its segment. It amalgamates attributes from various categories, bestowing it with a distinct character. However, despite these merits, there was an opportunity for Honda to further distinguish the WR-V in a crowded market. The potential for additional enhancements or unique offerings might have elevated its appeal and set it apart more definitively from its competitors. This suggests a missed chance to not just blend but lead in its class with more distinctive features or innovations.
