Mazda will unveil the Mazda Hazumi, a next-generation subcompact concept, at the 84th Geneva International Motor Show. The Hazumi, though a concept, will give us a peek into what the 2015 Mazda2 will look like. The replacement to the current-gen DE is due and we can expect the Hazumi to carry the torch ahead.
The name Hazumi means "bound" or "spring up" in Japanese, is particularly well-suited to a small car that appears to be bursting with energy. The Hazumi expresses the ideal form for the company's next-generation subcompact.
Mazda will also present the SKYACTIV-D 1.5, a newly developed small-displacement clean diesel at Geneva as it also commemorates the 25th anniversary of the iconic Mazda MX-5.
