Yamaha Motor India has pulled the plug on the YZF-R15 V2.0 in the country, six months after the YZF-R15 V3.0 went on sale earlier this year. The Yamaha R15 has been one of the most successful motorcycles for the company and the third generation version takes it to a whole new level in terms of performance, design, and technology. With the updated bike offered on sale in India, Yamaha has decided to discontinue the R15 V2.0.
Benelli will launch a modern classic called the Benelli Imperiale by 2019. The Imperiale will be powered by a 400 cc engine initially and will rival the Royal Enfield Classic series of motorcycles.
The MondialMoto V5S and MondialMoto V5R will be powered by an all-new 1,000 cc V5 engine. Production is underway and pre-production models will be unveiled at the 2019 EICMA show.
The BMW R 1250 GS and the BMW R 1250 GS Adventure will be the new flagship adventure bikes from BMW Motorrad and the bike are likely to come with new a new 1,254 cc twin-cylinder engine which will churn out 134 bhp instead of the 123 bhp that it develops now.
