- Initial Dealerships in Bengaluru & Mumbai; Delhi to Join Soon
Skoda Auto Volkswagen India Private Limited (SAVWIPL) has announced the addition of Bentley Motors as the sixth brand under its umbrella. Starting 1st July 2025, SAVWIPL will take over the exclusive responsibility for importing, distributing, and servicing Bentley vehicles in India.
To manage the brand’s operations in the country, a new dedicated entity 'Bentley India' has been formed as a group company of SAVWIPL. This entity will oversee all aspects of sales, marketing, and after-sales. Abbey Thomas has been appointed as the Brand Director of Bentley India, and will be responsible for driving Bentley’s strategy and growth in the Indian market.
Initially, Bentley India will work with three new dealership partners, starting operations in Bengaluru and Mumbai, with a New Delhi dealership to follow. These outlets will cater to Bentley’s exclusive clientele, offering both sales and full-service support.
With this development, SAVWIPL now manages the Indian operations of six Volkswagen Group brands: Skoda, Volkswagen, Audi, Bentley, Lamborghini, and Porsche. The group is headquartered in Pune, with two manufacturing facilities located in Chakan (Pune) and Shendra, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (formerly Aurangabad), supporting both domestic and export markets.
