Mercedes-Benz India launched the A-Class Limousine in just one variant for the petrol, diesel and the AMG and it is packed to the gills with features. It is however, Rs. 2 lakh more expensive than the base variant of the 2 GC, but Rs. 1 lakh more affordable on the top trim for the petrol variant.

Now there is also the Mercedes-AMG A35 performance sedan in the range which actually doesn't have any direct rival in India. That said, BMW does offer an entry-level performance sedan in India- the BMW M340i which outperforms the A-Class Limo performance wise, and at Rs. 62.90 lakh is more expensive.
