The e-bicycle is targeted at cyclists of all ages and is the actor's bit towards a greener environment, and that's why the models were launched today on the 5th of June which is also the World Environment Day.

While it looks similar to a regular model, the Being Human e-bicycle uses a charged battery pack that will take over propulsion system of the bicycle with the switch of a button. This mode helps ease out on physical exertion of the cyclist, especially when climbing steep inclines. These cycles have been tested by the company for about 1.5 years. An avid cyclist himself, the project is said to be very close to Salman Khan and the actor and his team worked on the same for several months before its commercial launch today. Interestingly, founder Salman Khan rode the cycle to the launch venue in Mehboob Studio in Mumbai from his residence in Bandra.
