Ssangyong Reveals The New Face Of the Rexton SUV

SsangYong showcased the Tivoli compact SUV recently and has now revealed the refreshed face of the Rexton SUV. The car will go on sale in South Korea first and we will see this car making its way to the India.
The facelift is based on the Mercedes-Benz M-Class and there are a lot of changes to the car, but the biggest ones are the cosmetics. The front end of the new Rexton has been changed radically and now features a new front grille with projector headlamps and LED daytime running lights. You might say that it does look a bit Skoda-ish but well it looks pretty good.

There are changes made to the rear as well and we see new tail lamps. The changes continue on the inside as well with a refreshed center console and LED cabin lights.

Under the hood, the Rexton will be powered by the 2.0 and 2.7-litre diesel units or a 3.2-litre petrol engine. It will also come with standard equipment like ESP and TPMS systems, cruise control, rain-sensing wipers and the like. Most of the equipment that you get on the current generation will already be there but there will be some added luxury like heated and cooled seats.
The car looks the part and we will keep you posted about when it comes to India. Stay tuned!
