Tata Sierra: Exterior
On the outside, the Sierra looks almost exactly like the version showcased at the Bharat Mobility Expo. It carries a familiar boxy shape with prominent character lines, a flat bonnet, and a clean, upright front end. Slim connected LED DRLs, sharp headlamps, and a black grille complete the face. The SUV also gets glossy black cladding along the sides and underbody, plus chunky wheel-arch treatment and new 19-inch alloys.
At the rear, the design continues with connected LED taillamps, a high-mounted spoiler with an integrated stop lamp, a solid-looking bumper and silver faux skid plates. Tata will offer the SUV in six monotone colours: Pristine White, Pure Grey, Coorg Clouds, Bengal Rouge, Andaman Adventure and Munnar Mist.

Tata Sierra: Interior
Inside, one of the talking points is the ‘TheaterPro’ triple-screen setup that stretches across the dashboard. You get a digital instrument cluster, a large infotainment unit in the centre, and a separate screen for the co-driver. The screen setup will be offered in higher variants, while lower and mid-spec will make do with the usual two-screen layout. The four-spoke steering wheel from the Harrier EV makes its way here too, complete with the illuminated Tata logo.
Feature-wise, the Sierra is expected to be equipped with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, automatic climate control, ventilated front seats, and a JBL sound system with Dolby Atmos. Safety equipment is likely to include six airbags, ABS with EBD, ISOFIX mounts, ESC as standard and Level 2 ADAS on the top variants.
Tata Sierra: Engine
Like the Curvv and the Nexon, the Sierra is expected to come with both petrol and diesel engine choices. More details could surface tomorrow regarding Tata’s new Hyperion 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine, which is expected to power the SUV. The diesel option is likely the same 2.0-litre turbo engine used in the Harrier and Safari. Both manual and automatic gearbox options are expected to be offered.
Tata Sierra: Price Expectation
In terms of price, the Sierra will go up against the Hyundai Creta and Kia Seltos. Tata is expected to undercut both rivals with an introductory price around Rs 10.49 lakh (ex-showroom), with higher trims likely stretching just over the Rs 20 lakh mark.
