Verdict
Mahindra revitalised the Scorpio brand with the launch of the sleek Scorpio-N, yet the previous model remains available as the 'Scorpio Classic'. While retaining its original design, the Scorpio Classic incorporates substantial upgrades, most notably an engine that's 55kg lighter and 14 per cent more fuel-efficient. But the sturdy build, brute looks, easy-to-repair, and many good qualities continue to be offered.

The Mahindra Scorpio retains its iconic identity while presenting itself as more than just a familiar favorite in a revamped package. Considerable effort has been invested in its development, and the results are prominently visible. The vehicle exhibits significant enhancements over its predecessor, showcasing fine-tuning and improved overall performance. While there's always room for further aesthetic and driving experience enhancements, it's commendable that the Scorpio transcends beyond being a mere facelift. It genuinely represents a new generation, offering a fresh and evolved driving experience while staying true to the robust essence that has defined the Scorpio legacy.
