BMW Motorrad Reveals 2022 Motorcycle Range

- BMW Motorrad updates its motorcycle range for 2022
- The 2022 BMW S 1000 RR gets the most significant updates
- All motorcycles get new colour schemes
BMW Motorrad has updated its motorcycle line-up for 2022. Most models receive updates in form of new colour schemes being introduced, old colour schemes being dropped, new features added and so on. The BMW S 1000 R gets the maximum updates, with the M Chassis kit being standard. This includes a swinging pivot point with rear lift. The optional sports package on the superbike has been dropped and it now gets a race package with M endurance chain, sports silencer or M Titanium exhaust. The dynamic package now includes updated riding modes pro, heated grips, cruise control and DDC. And like before, the motorcycle also gets the M package which includes M Sport wheels/ M carbon wheels, GSP laptrigger, lightweight battery and M Sport seat. Lastly, the 2022 S 1000 RR gets a new colour scheme called 'Passion with Mineral Grey metallic'.

BMW R 18

The BMW R 18 cruiser motorcycle too gets new colour schemes which are Mars red metallic, Manhattan metallic matt and Option 719 Galaxy Dust metallic/Titanium silver2 metallic along with chrome package for all colour options. BMW has also dropped the first edition of the R 18. Customers can also choose to get the BMW Options 719 aero package which includes cylinder head covers and front covers made of brushed Aluminium. We expect to see the new colours in India as well.
BMW F 900 R

The 2022 BMW F 900 R gets two new colour schemes which are 'New Style Exclusive with Blue stone metallic' and New Style Sport with Light white /Racing blue metallic/Racing red. The latter colour also comes with an engine spoiler. BMW has discontinued offering a pillion seat cover along with two older colours which are San Marino Blue and Hockenheim Silver.
BMW F 900 XR

For 2022, the BMW F 900 XR gets a new colour which is 'New Style Triple Black with Black storm metallic. The new models get hand-guard as standard as well. The 'Style Exclusive with Galvanic Gold metallic' colour has been dropped.
BMW S 1000 XR

The S 1000 XR gets three new colours which are New Style Triple Black with Black storm metallic 2, Racing red 2 and Light white/M Motorsport. The M Package can be opted for only with the Light white/M Motorsport colour, which is offered on the S 1000 XR for the first time. BMW has also dropped four colours which are Ice Grey, Racing red /White Aluminium metallic matt and Light white/Racing blue metallic/Racing red.
