The two electric cars from Mahindra incorporate a handful of new features that are a first for the vehicles in the automaker's stable.

The XEV 9e is the first electric model to yield from Mahindra’s XEV family and is underpinned by the brand’s Born Electric (BE) INGLO platform.

The BE 6e is a compact, all-electric coupe-SUV from Mahindra, which is the first model from the automaker’s BE sub-brand.

Ahead of the launch of the BE 6e and the XEV 9e, we take a quick look at their defining characteristics

The first of Mahindra’s ‘Electric Origin’ SUVs, the BE 6E and XEV 9E will be based on the company’s dedicated INGLO architecture, and at least one of them will feature semi-active suspension.

The Ioniq 9 underpins the brand’s E-GMP platform and is offered in Long Range and Performance trims in RWD and AWD forms.

Apart from the newer GTS trim for both standard and Sport Turismo body style, the entry-level trim now has an AWD configuration.

Audi’s sub-brand in China is called “AUDI” created in collaboration with SAIC. With this E Concept, the sub-brand previewed the upcoming models along with powertrain prowess.
