One of the earliest supercars employed by any police department, the German Federal Traffic Ministry has been using Brabus CLS V12 S Rocket since 2006. They can reach speeds of up to 365.7 kmph, thanks to their V12 turbo engines, which were earlier used as rocket engines. They set the land speed record for any car which can be legally driven on a street in 2006.

Thanks to their 780 horsepower engine and sleek design, these cars regularly hit top speeds of 390 kmph. They were also famously featured in Fast and Furious 7.

These cars can top 400 kmph, enough to pursue even the most cunning criminals through the sprawling desert streets of Dubai. According to the head of the police department these cars are not just criminal-catching machines but part of the UAE's efforts to connect with tourists better. King of Bollywood Shahrukh Khan has a Veyron and it cost him Rs 12 crores. All we can say is, for 12 crores, this car had better connect well with the tourists.
