First MV Agusta F4 RR Customer Is Benelli Chief Shirish Kulkarni

MV Agusta India has announced the sale of its first F4 RR in India, to none other than Shirish Kulkarni, who happens to be the chairman of Benelli India Pvt Limited as well as Hyosung. The bike was handed over to Kulkarni by Ajinkya Firodia, Managing Director, MV Agusta India.
The F4 RR is the top end version of the MV Agusta F4 series. MV Agusta India offers on sale the Brutale 1090, the F4, the F4 RR, the F4 RC, the F3 800 and the F3 800 RC.

"We are really excited to deliver the first F4 RR for India. And we are even more excited that Mr. Kulkarni is the first customer. This is what biking is all about! We are in the business of superbikes, for the love of superbikes! And this occasion is a tribute to all the various biking communities across India - we are indeed one," said Ajinkya Firodia, Managing Director, MV Agusta India.

(MV Agusta F4 RR)
The MV Agusta F4 RR is being offered at an introductory price of Rs 35.5 lakh (ex-showroom Pune). The bike is powered by a 998cc four-cylinder, 16-valve engine which produces 201bhp at 13,600rpm and 111Nm of torque at 9600rpm. The bike comes equipped with top-of-the-line electronics with four engine maps, 8-level traction control and electronically assisted shift.
It also boasts of an inertial control platform with lean angle sensor, a redefined riding position, full Ride-By-Wire, Ohlins electronic suspension and steering damper as well as GP-spec titanium con rods.
