What's activated carbon?
The Charcoal acts as an air filter when it is treated with oxygen, the pores of the charcoal open up to let in airborne particles and harmful chemicals. These chemicals and particles are responsible for poor air quality in the cities. The carbon filter draws in pollutants into it and they are trapped thus. They can't go back to the environment. It leads to cleaner air that you breathe in.
These activated filters made of carbon are easy to maintain because they are washable. The helmets have been painted with UV resistant paints. There is a specially designed visor and aerodynamic air vents for good air circulation. There is one watertight interface of Visor. The surface of the optics is wide for a wider peripheral vision. The helmet is scratch resistant.
The air purifier is fitted on the back of the helmet. It traps the pollutants rushing in and removes them. The purified air is circulated within the helmet. It is the first helmet of this type in the world fitted with an air purifier. There is a rider here. The efficacy of the filter decreases with the increasing size of the pollutants. The filter should be replaced every month depending on the number of times a helmet is used. There is an LED fitted in the helmet indicating the speed of the fan and the level of the battery.
