Lexus India Announces Lexus Cares Package for Flood-Affected Cars In Bengaluru

- Lexus India has rolled out a special cares package for flood-affected customers in Bengaluru
- The package includes discounts on spares and labour
- Lexus will also loan you a spare car if your car is severely damages by the floods
Japanese luxury carmaker, Lexus India has rolled out its 'Lexus Cares Package' for owners affected by the floods in Bengaluru. The torrential rains have seen major parts of the city water-logged with several cars submerged. The automaker aims to extend support to these customers in this trying time. The Lexus Cares Package will include special support and rates for repairs of cars impacted by rains, flooding and inundation in Bengaluru, the company said. In case the customer's cars are severely affected and immovable, Lexus will provide a spare car till their cars have been repaired.

Lexus says the flood-affected cars will be given priority without impacting the service for others cars
Commenting on the Lexus Cares Package, Naveen Soni, President of Lexus India said, "Lexus India is driven by the spirit of Japanese hospitality- 'Omotenashi' and is committed to delivering excellence in customer service. We stand by our customers in these difficult times and will take all steps to ensure they face minimal to no mobility challenges."
The rain-affected cars will be given priority including pick-up and delivery, without impacting the service of other cars. The care package also includes discounts on auto parts and labour, while a detailed interior and exterior care pack will be made available to flood-affected car owners at no extra cost. Lexus owners can reach out to the company for assistance using 24x7 roadside assistance.
