Maxxis Tyres Plans Expanding Its Pan India Network By Up To 7 Per Cent In FY 2021-22


- Maxxis India is planning to expand its dealership reach by 5 - 7 per cent
- It added 800 dealers to its network last fiscal.
- It has a total of 3000 dealerships in India as of now.
Tyre major- Maxxis India has announced its plans to expand its dealer network by 5 - 7 per cent by the end of this fiscal. The company has added over 800 dealerships during the pandemic in FY 2020-2021 in a bid to enhance customer accessibility and Maxxis' footprint in rural India. The total number of Maxxis dealerships in India has reached the 3000 mark. The company has added more dealers in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, and Haryana.

Maxxis India has a total of 3000 dealerships in India.
Commenting on the business plan, Chu Tsang Chih (Kurachi), Director- Maxxis India, said, "With our vision to achieve 15 per cent of India's two-wheeler tyre market by 2023, the expansion of dealerships is a significant step in this direction. As we move closer to achieve our target, we would like to enhance Maxxis Tyres pan India footprint by consolidating our current channel partners and adding more dealers in our portfolio. Our aim is to enhance Maxxis network to 5 per cent by end of this fiscal, this will give us a filip in reaching out to our stakeholders across every noon and corner of the country. With current 3000 dealers, we aim to amplify our customer outreach and expect to maintain this momentum in future as well".

Maxxis India added 800 dealers in the last fiscal.
Maxxis is targeting to set up at least one dealership with the population of more than 30,000 in a village in a bid to streamline its retail and service in the country and in-turn generate business growth.
