Now You Can Get Fuel Delivered To Your Home
- Customers can only buy diesel from My Petrol Pump right now
- A delivery charge of Rs. 99 for fuel up to 100 litres is applicable
- The service is only available in selected areas across Bengaluru
A Bengaluru-based start-up company called ANB Fuels Private Limited has recently started a new fuel delivery service called ‘My Petrol Pump’. Currently available only in few selected areas in Bengaluru, My Petrol Pump offers both pick-up and doorstep delivery to its customers. Right now, customers only have the option to buy diesel from My Petrol Pump, which will be offered at the same price as available at any fuel station. There will also be a minimal delivery charge of Rs. 99 for fuel up to 100 litres and for quantity above 100 litres, customers will have to pay Rs. 1 per litre over the fuel price.
As mentioned before, My Petrol Pump’s services are only available in selected areas across Bengaluru, namely - HSR Layout, Koramangla, Bellandur, BTM & Bomanahalli and nearby areas at pin codes - 560102, 560103, 560034, 560095, 560076 & 560068. Customers can pre-book or order the required quantity of diesel online or by calling the number given on the company’s website. The company is also working on mobile phone apps for Android and iOS, which will further facilitate in using their service. Customers can pay for their fuel by cash or use POS (point of sale) machines by swiping their credit/debit card at the time of delivery.

My Petrol Pump offers both pre-order and home delivery of fuel
My Petrol Pump claims that it gets fuel from authorised dealers of oil companies and follows a strict quality assurance program. Also, they do not purchase or stock fuel prior to delivery and fuel is sourced only upon receiving the pre-booking from customers in order to avoid wastage. While the company says there is no cancellation charge involved right now, the order has to be cancelled before the delivery process begins.
Interestingly, My Petrol Pump is not the only fuel delivery service provider in India. Another Bengaluru-based company called Ready Assist has been providing doorstep delivery of petrol and diesel for both bikes and cars for quite a while now. Ready assist is available in both Bengaluru and Pune and fuel delivery is just a part of many other services that it provides like – car and bike repair, maintenance and service, towing service and more. That said Ready Assist only offers fuel in limited quantities – up to 2 litres for bikes and 5 litres for cars. Delivery charges are Rs. 150 and Rs. 250 during day time and night respectively for bikes and Rs. 300 and Rs. 450 for cars. Ready Assist also charges Rs. 200 for bikes and Rs. 300 for cars if the request is cancelled after the technician reaches the location.
