The Best Cars from The Fast And Furious 9 Movie

The much-awaited 9th installment of the ultra-popular franchise, Fast and Furious was released earlier this year with an ensemble cast, larger-than-life action scenes and of course, cars! One cannot speak of Fast and Furious without the mention of the splendid cars that the movies feature every time. And we have Dennis McCarthy, the picture-car coordinator for the franchise, to thank for it all.
Every car that makes it to the movie is essentially his idea, and thankfully so! How else could we have been exposed to such a wondrous line of high-performance cars one after the other?
Some of the most striking car appearances in F9 included the following -
Mid-Engine Dodge Charger

Dominic Toretto played by the mighty Vin Diesel has always been captivated by Dodge Chargers and hence it doesn't come as a surprise that we've seen him behind the wheels of many of these all-American vehicles. Of course, as the franchise escalates so does the iteration of the Dodge Charger, and this time around, the producers relied on a Wisconsin-based custom car shop to help create a mid-engine Hell Cat that cost $1 million+. While the original car comprises a supercharged 6.2-liter V-8–powered 1968 Charger, the stunt car was powered by LS3 crate motors.
Now, that's the beauty of movie making! Two cars for the illusion of one!!
A90 Toyota Supra

If there's one car that's sure to catch your attention in F9, it has to be Orange and Black Toyota Supra, and not just for its striking colours! The car brings about a flicker of nostalgia, as it reminds the fans of Han's Mazda RX-7 from ‘Tokyo Drift'. As much as this car is about creating a major emotional throwback, seeing it in action is as thrilling as it can possibly get!
2020 Hellcat Charger Widebody

Ever since Vin Diesel shared the first looks of The 2020 Charger Widebody on his insta account, fans have been going gaga over this metal beast. An ideal fit for the rogue Dominic Toretto, the Hellcat features a V8 engine, with a massive 707 horsepower and a flattering 650 lb-ft of torque.
1974 Chevrolet Nova SS

Jordana Brewster is all set to make her comeback in the F&F franchise, and a swanky one at that! Driving the iconic 1974 Chevrolet Nova SS, she is sure to cause some stir in the audience with her immaculate expressions and her unmatched vigour behind the steering wheel.
2020 Jeep Gladiator

Who else could possibly match the might of the 2020 Jeep Gladiator, if not for the well-built, silent killer, Tyrese Gibson! Featuring as Roman Pearce in F9, the star performer will be driving the much-loved Jeep Gladiator with 285 bhp 3.6L Pentastar V6 engine!
2018 Noble M600

When it comes to the Fast and Furious franchise, nothing is off-limits – not even the M600, a Ferrari-challenging supercar from British brand Noble with a limited number of releases. Made using a unique stainless steel and carbon fibre construction, this mighty beast sources power from a twin-turbocharged V8 engine.
2015 Shelby Mustang GT350

The Fast and Furious is all set to unravel its latest villain in the form of none other than the celebrated WWE wrestler John Cena as Jakob! To fit the wrestler's larger than life persona, he's been given the perfect car - the 2015 Shelby Mustang GT350!
We sure are more than just impressed with the cars! What about you?
Which one of these cars do you aspire to own one day?
