The Yezdi Roadster is the entry-level model in the new Yezdi motorcycle range, and has been designed for everyday use, for the daily commute and short dashes in and around the city. The design and silhouette of the Roadster is also the closes to the Jawa Forty-Two, as well as the original Yezdi motorcycles of the 1970s. In keeping with the accessible and everyday use purpose, the Roadster has a narrower powerband than the Scrambler or the Adventure, and should be easy to ride, and handle, even for new riders.

Design & Features
The Yezdi Roadster is designed for everyday use; for the daily commute, and primarily for in-city usage. In design, it's the closest to the Jawa Forty-Two and will cater to a similar set of customers. The Yezdi Roadster is the closest in silhouette and stance to the original Yezdi bikes. The Roadster comes with a single, round, offset LCD display, along with round LED headlight, taillight and LED indicators. ABS is standard and is not switchable, and unlike the Scrambler and Adventure, there's just one-level ABS.

The Yezdi Roadster gets telescopic front suspension and gas-charged twin shocks at the rear. Ground clearance is least amongst the three Yezdi models.

The Roadster, designed for everyday use, gets the least suspension travel, with 135 mm front wheel travel and 100 mm rear wheel travel. It also comes with the least ground clearance of 175 mm. The Roadster comes with a 18-inch front wheel and 17-inch rear wheel, and is the only model to come with cast alloy wheels and tubeless tyres. The Roadster gets a wheelbase of 1,440 mm, and gets a 12.5 litre fuel tank, with 175 mm ground clearance, and 790 mm seat height.

Prices for the Yezdi Roadster begin at Rs. 1.98 lakh, and go up to Rs. 2.06 lakh (Ex-showroom).
