Zypp Electric Partners With 'Shoonya' Zero Pollution Delivery Campaign

- Zypp Electric offers last-mile delivery services on electric scooters

- The last mile logistics segment has seen a boom in recent years
Indian electric vehicle start-up in last mile deliveries, Zypp Electric has joined hands with "Zero Pollution Deliveries - Shoonya," the zero emission campaign launched by NITI Aayg, the public policy think-tank of the Government of India. The campaign has been launched to minimise air pollution and achieve zero carbon emissions by accelerating the deployment of electric vehicles for last-mile delivery. With this campaign, Zypp Electric intends to join the movement to set the last mile delivery sector on a path to 100 per cent electrification by 2030.

(Akash Gupta, Co-founder and CEO, Zypp Electric, says that electrifying last-mile logisitics services will also reduce the cost of deliveries, in addition to helping curb air pollution.

Zypp Electric joins NITI Aayog campaign of electrifying last-mile deliveries
The campaign's goal is to raise consumer awareness for zero-pollution delivery. According to Zypp Electric, the company aims to accelerate the electrification of the urban freight sector. Zypp Electric is India's premier electric vehicle last-mile logistics firm, and has the aim of creating the world's largest EV logistics tech fleet ecosystem for a more sustainable future. With the growth in demand for commodities, urban freight is expanding very quickly, and Zypp Electric intends to support industry initiatives to electrify fleets as part of this initiative, to achieve the goal of making the last-mile delivery industry totally electric by 2030.
