2016 Chevrolet Cruze Launched at Rs. 14.68 Lakh
The Chevrolet Cruze 2016 will continue to be powered by the turbocharged 2.0-litre VCDi engine that develops 164bhp along with 380Nm of torque. Transmission options also remain the same - a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed automatic gearbox. The sedan's mileage is rated at 17.9Km/l for the manual variant and 14.81Km/l for the automatic transmission.
Design changes on the new Chevrolet Cruze comprise a revised front fascia, new LED DRLs, chrome horizontal slats, and new projector fog-lamps. In terms of features, the sedan now gets MyLink infotainment system, rear vision camera, new multi-function steering-wheel with mounted audio controls. The MyLink infotainment system includes a 7-inch touchscreen and embedded applications including internet radio functionality, Grace Note & SIRI EYES FREE Compatibility, Bluetooth audio streaming & phone telephony with voice recognition control, etc..
In terms of safety, the 2016 Chevrolet Cruze comes equipped with dual front airbags and two side airbags, ABS (anti-lock braking system) with electronic sensors, immobilizer, anti-theft alarm and programmable auto door locking among others.
