Harley-Davidson has said that the clutch master cylinder in affected motorcycles may not have enough ability to generate lift which is needed to disengage the clutch, all the more if the motorcycle has been parked for a long periods of time. In case the clutch does not disengage fully when needed, there are chances that a crash might occur.
