Bajaj Pulsar 250F Spotted Testing Once Again

- The Bajaj Pulsar 250F is likely to use the Dominar 250's motor
- The Pulsar 250F will be placed between the 220F & Dom 250
- The Pulsar 250F could arrive by end of 2021 or in 2022
Bajaj Auto is rumoured to be bringing a brand-new 250 cc Pulsar to the market and test mules of the model were also spotted on a number of occasions. The latest spy shot further builds our intrigue in Bajaj's upcoming offering as images of a semi-faired motorcycle have hit the internet. This could be the upcoming Bajaj Pulsar 250F and could also bring the Pulsar 200 AS (Adventure Sport) design language in a new avatar. The new offering will be positioned between the Pulsar 220F and the Dominar 250. But the big question is if it can replace the Pulsar RS200 that currently sits in the same space.

The spy shot of the camouflaged test mule reveals a tall fly screen, fairing mounted rearview mirrors, semi-fairing connecting the headlamp and the fuel tank, underbelly cowl, split seats, and a stubby exhaust.

Bajaj is also readying a Pulsar NS250 that will use the 250 cc engine and share its underpinnings with the 250F

The Pulsar 250F could borrow the Dominar 250's 249 cc mill that is original a KTM 250 Duke unit. It's been oil cooled for the Bajaj motorcycles. On the Dominar 250, the motor develops 26.5 bhp and 23.5 Nm of peak torque, while paired with a 6-speed gearbox. The power figures could be identical on the Pulsar 250 range when it arrives.
The spy shots also reveal that the bike will get telescopic front forks, a monoshock at the rear, clip-on handlebars, and rear set foot pegs. The riding posture seems aggressive but relaxed intended for long-distance touring.

While there's no word on the launch timeline yet, it's likely that Bajaj Auto will bring the Pulsar NS250 and the Pulsar 250F by the end of 2021 or sometime next year. The Pulsar brand holds a strong recall in India and its been a while since we saw something more performance-oriented with this moniker. The company did introduce the Pulsar NS125 earlier this year. More details on the Bajaj Pulsar 250 range will be available in the months to come.
