BS IV Compliant 2017 TVS Wego Launched In India At Rs. 50,434

- The 2017 TVS Wego now gets a BS IV compliant motor
- The new Wego gets 2 new colour options - Metallic Orange & T-Grey
- There have been no mechanical changes made to the 2017 TVS Wego
With no mechanical changes, the 2017 TVS Wego continues to use the same 110 cc CVT-i engine tuned to produce 8 bhp of power and 8 Nm of torque. The scooter also gets USB charging port with the latest update. With respect to the colour options, the new Wego BS IV is now available in - Metallic Orange and T-Grey shades.
The scooter also comes with silver oak panels while the seat cover is now finished in dual tone colours. The Wego carries over its salient features like the fully digital instrument console and sync braking system on the refreshed model.

The Wego is the first of TVS scooters to go the BS IV route, and more models are expected to join the line-up in the following weeks. In a previous statement, the two-wheeler manufacturer had said, "TVS Motor Company is a responsible corporate citizen and is fully supportive of a better environment for our customers, employees and stakeholders. We are fully geared up to meet Government's new BS IV emission guidelines."
