Ola Electric said that it is undertaking a restructuring exercise to minimise redundancy and build a strong lateral structure that strengthens relevant roles and functions. The company plans to hire about 5,000 engineers in the next 18 months.

The two entities will set up AC and DC fast charging stations across India for electric two-wheelers.

Under the collaboration eVolt will be installing over 75 charging stations across existing Indian Oil Corporation Ltd petrol pumps in the three states.
