Exclusive: Volkswagen Tiguan Facelift Deliveries To Begin Next Week

- Volkswagen has received 500 bookings since opening the bookings.
- Deliveries will start from next week.
- The refreshed Tiguan was launched last month in India.
Volkswagen India will commence deliveries of the 2021 Volkswagen Tiguan facelift from next week, the company confirmed. The 5-seater flagship SUV from the German carmaker was launched last month at Rs. 31.99 lakh and has received 500 bookings since bookings opened. Additionally, the company aims to produce about 3,000-3,500 units of the refreshed Tiguan in 2022 to offset the growing interest in the SUV. The 2021 Tiguan facelift replaced the 7-seater Tiguan Allspace as the company's most-expensive offering as it returned after a brief interval with a new petrol-only powertrain among other notable updates.
