Hero Splendor Pro Classic and Passion Pro TR Launched

Hero Motocorp, world's largest two-wheeler maker, today rolled out two new bikes in India - Splendor Pro Classic and Passion Pro TR. While the Splendor Pro Classic is priced at Rs 48,650 (ex-showroom, Delhi), the Passion Pro TR comes with a price tag of Rs 51,550 (ex-showroom, Delhi).
Powered by an air-cooled, four-stroke engine, the Splendor Pro Classic is the country's first 100cc bike with cafe racer styling. Its engine churns out 8bhp and 8.05Nm of torque. To make it look like a cafe racer, the company has added a new handle bar, cafe racer cowl at the rear, single seat, a round head-lamp and tail lamp. In a bid to add to the bike's appeal, the company has given chrome treatment to the rear-view mirrors, head-lamp ring, front and rear fenders, suspension, silencer and a few other parts. The Splendor Pro Classic is available in two colour options - Solid Maroon and Carbon Black.

Passion Pro TR, on the other hand, is claimed to be an off-pavement ride competent bike with features like sturdier handlebars with cross brace, dual-sport tyres with special tread for good road grip, high front fender with hugger and knee pad for better grip. Other features include head-lamp grille, designer knuckle guards and fuel tank pads. Powering this bike is a 100cc, air-cooled, four-stroke single cylinder engine which is good for 7.7bhp and 8Nm. The Passion Pro TR has been made available in three colours - Electric Red, Sports Red and Black with Sports Red.
