Deep Cleaning Tips
Here are all the steps that you'll need for deep cleaning your cars' interior:
- Step 1: Remove Clutter and Waste: Using a pair of gloves, start picking trash and waste items. Check for debris between and below the seats. You might even come across snack wrappers, paper bits, and crayons if you have kids. Make sure to check the hard-to-reach spots for dirt thoroughly.
- Step 2: Wiping Dust From Surfaces: You must vacuum the lower surfaces. But before that, wiping off the dust from higher surfaces and specific zones would offer better results. Wipe the dashboard, steering wheels, gauge, cup holders, infotainment system, etc. Use tools like a toothbrush if you want to get detailed.
- Step 3: Shining the Glasses: You'll also need to clean the glass surfaces in the interiors. Start with a glass cleaner spray and microfiber cloth. One pro tip is to use tissues or waste paper to finish the glass cleaning; it leaves no streaks or marks!
- Step 4: Vacuum Time! Now, you have to vacuum the floor mats and seats (the dirtiest part of the interiors!). Make use of different attachments to reach the nook and tight spots. Also, remove the floor mats and vacuum the area underneath.
- Step 5: Stubborn Stains: You'll need quality cleaning solutions to attack the stubborn stains. For this purpose, you can use store-bought products or create a mix at your home.

When Should You Deep Clean Your Car's Interior?
We recommend that you clean the interiors of your car regularly to avoid dust and dirt to accumulate. However, deep cleaning is a process you can take up on a monthly routine. Additionally, if you detect any weird or nasty odour that won't fade with regular cleaning, it is a sign that the vehicle requires deep cleaning!
