Kabali Fever Takes Over Rajnikanth's Fans' Cars

- First, AirAsia had introduced an aircraft with Kabali-inspired livery
- The Kabali edition Swift was introduced by a dealer in Tamil Nadu
- A fan in Malaysia got a wrap for his Lamborghini Gallardo
There is no doubt that Rajnikanth is a revered actor not only across India but also internationally. The southern superstar's upcoming film, Kabali, has lead to palpable excitement - so much so that it has inspired liveries. First, it was an AirAsia aircraft. Now, it is cars.

While the man himself has been busy promoting his film, his fans are going the extra mile to aid the endeavour. A Maruti Suzuki dealer in Hosur, Tamil Nadu has introduced a special edition Swift to celebrate Kabali's release. Christened Maruti Suzuki Swift Kabali edition, the hatchback sports graphics of Rajnikanth as Kabali across its hood, side, rear, and roof. Other than the aforementioned graphics, the car receives no other changes; it continues to be offered with the 1.2-litre K-Series petrol and 1.3-litre DDiS diesel engine options. One must note, the Maruti Swift Kabali edition is not an official launch by the manufacturer.

Lamborghini Gallardo Kabali Wrap
Interestingly, this is not the only example of a car sporting Kabali-inspired livery. A man in Malaysia went a step ahead and got a Kabali-inspired wrap for his Lamborghini Gallardo. The car, though now discontinued, was offered in two body-styles and came powered by a 5.0-litre V10 (first genertaion) and a 5.2-litre V10 (second generation).
