KTM RC 200 and RC 390 Launched at Rs 1.60 Lakh & Rs 2.05 Lakh, Respectively

Bajaj Auto, the Indian two-wheeler giant, today launched the much-awaited KTM RC 200 and RC 390 bikes in India. The RC 200 will cost Rs 1.60 lakh, while the RC 390 is priced at Rs 2.05 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). Just so you know, these are introductory prices of the bikes and the company might increase the prices later.

What makes the RC versions different from their respective naked siblings is their styling. Both the bikes feature fully-faired styling along with twin head-lamps, redesigned fuel tank, restyled tail section, and mirror-mounted turn indicators among other changes.

Powering the more powerful RC 390 is a 372cc, single-cylinder engine that is good for 43bhp and 35Nm of torque. Whereas, the KTM RC 200 features a 200cc, single-cylinder engine that churns out 24bhp and 19Nm. Power to the rear wheels of both the bikes is transmitted via a 6-speed gearbox.
