Counting Cars

Located in the neon-lit city of Vegas where anything's possible, Count Customs is a car modification shop run by Danny, a.k.a. the Count and his A-Team. These guys are always on the hustle. They buy cars, restore them, sometimes do some wicked custom jobs to finally flip them for some greens. And quite often, the episode ends with Danny falling in love with the completed projects and keeping them for himself instead.

This one is a bit hard to source considering it was introduced in 1998. Initial-D is an anime series of 8 seasons that revolves around a school kid who gets introduced to the world of illegal street racing in the mountain passes of the Kanto region in Japan. His journey to becoming an ace drifter and the technical aspect of the series is nothing but absolute delight for car fanatics.

Car Masters is another car restoration series based on the project taken on by Gotham Garage, who, with their skilled crew of fabricators, mechanics, and body shop guys doing their magic in turning old rusting cars into gleaming examples of absolute gorgeousness.
West Coast Customs

From making appearances on reality television programs Pimp My Ride and Street Customs, West Coast Customs is an automobile repair shop that specializes in the customization of vehicles. The Gymkhana Files
