TVS Star City+ - 2015 CNB Viewers' Choice Award Nominee

The Star City + is the elder brother of the Star City and is built on the same platform as that of the TVS Phoenix 125. It shares the same engine as the Wego and the Jupiter, so, it gets the 110cc engine but TVS has re-tuned it for better fuel efficiency and more power and torque.
The 110cc Eco Thrust engine churns out 8.3bhp and 8.7 Nm torques at 5000 rpm. Mated to a 4-speed gearbox, TVS claims that the Star City+ attains a mileage of 86Km/l.
The bike comes loaded with features like a multi-functional digital console with service reminder, a stainless steel muffler guard, chrome finished handlebars, coloured shock absorbers, self-start at any gear, power/economy mode indicator and a dual tone seat. TVS plans to grab atleast 2 to 3% market share this year and the Star City+ is certainly a good start.
