Zontes, Moto Morini To Be Retailed Via New Moto Vault Multi-Brand Superbike Outlets

Adishwar Auto Ride India (AARI) has announced that it is launching a new Moto Vault Multi-Brand superbike outlet chain in India. The new chain of dealerships will initially offer models from the Zontes and Moto Morini range of motorcycles in India with other brands to follow. The company says that it plans to open as many as 23 of its new Moto Vault outlets in India by December 2022. AARI, which also retails Benelli brand of motorcycles in India, says that the goal behind its new multi-brand outlet is to provide “the Indian motoring enthusiast access to attractive, powerful, robust, well-equipped and well-reviewed products from world-class brands across the world, at a competitive price.”
Zontes is set to launch in India soon with a line-up of five motorcycles.
Speaking about the launch, Vikas Jhabakh, Managing Director, Adishwar Auto Ride India PVT. LTD said, "At Adishwar Auto Ride India, one of our key endeavors is to create values through relationships with the customers. To strengthen this further, we are proud to announce India’s only multi-brand superbike franchise – Moto Vault. The premium mobility segment is extremely lucrative in India, consumers are engaging with new brands offering premium products at competitive prices.”
Moto Morini has confirmed an India entry with the brand set to launch four models in the country
Both the Zontes and Moto Morini brands partnered with AARI to retail their models in India. Also partnered with the Indian firm are European brands Benelli and Keeway, but now under Chinese ownership. Benelli and Keeway products could also be made available via the new multi-brand outlet in the months to come. The new multi-brand dealerships are expected to co-exist alongside existing brand specific outlets already open in cities across the country. AARI says that the staff for its new multi-brand superbike outlet chain will be trained to global standards to offer customers the best experience through out the sales process.
The idea of multi-brand outlets isn't completely all-new in India. The Kinetic Group started its Moto Royale multi-brand outlets, offering brands like MV Agusta, FB Mondial and SWM, but the venture failed to be a success, not because of the multi-brand format, but due to other challenges. Motoroyale also announced a partnership with UK's Norton Motorcycles, announcing the launch of the Norton brand in India, but unluckily that partnership also fell through, owing to mismanagements by Norton's previous management. As of 2020, Norton Motorcycle is wholly owned by India's TVS Motor Company.
