Thanks to the heavy fine of Rs. 10,000 or imprisonment time of up to six months, the problem of drunk driving seems to be under control. If you are caught drunk driving for the second time, you'll risk imprisonment of up to 2 years or a fine of Rs.15,000.
Over Speeding

Let's face it, at least one time, we all have switched lanes or drove on the wrong side to reach our destination in time. But do you know doing this could result in imprisonment or paying a heavy penalty? You have to serve three months of prison time or pay Rs. 500 to 1,000 if caught on the wrong lane!
Not Providing Way for Emergency Vehicles
